The Doors Experience_ ‘LA Woman live at the Volkshaus Zurich 2009 The Doors Experience’ _ The Daily JournalSource:The Doors Experience as Jim Morrison & The Doors.

“Filmed by Loïc Duliscouët on Silvester Party 2009 at the Volkshaus in Zurich (Switzerland).
This song leads exactly into the new year 2010.”

From The Doors Experience

If I had to put a list together of the best cover bands for Jim Morrison and The Doors, this group would be in the first group. They have the sound down and the vocalist, despite being a much taller and bigger man than Jim Morrison, has The Lizard King’s look down.

I love leather jeans and checking out sexy women in them and just wish more American women wore them. Especially straight women and without Jim Morrison, they might not be around at all in America. At lest not for men and perhaps women either. He put leather jeans on the map, because he was a famous entertainer obviously as the frontman for The Doors and wore them everywhere and really everyday for about two-year period from 1967-69. His famous look and outfit for that period is his black leather suit and his cowboy boots. He wore both suede boots and black leather cowboy boots with his leather jeans and a black leather suit jacket and of course his concho belt. When he performed, but in his other public appearances and in his casual life as well.

And The Lizard King inspired a lot of men and women to wear leather jeans and boots as well. And leather jackets with their jeans and boots. The 1980s with heavy metal and hard rock revolution, perfect example of that. Joan Jett in the 1970s and 80s and still today, sports her leather jeans and jacket just about wherever she goes. And of course hard rock bands like Guns N Roses from the 1980s, Motley Crew, The Scorpions, Vixen and others. You see a lot of leather, especially leather jackets, boots and leather jeans with their look. Alannah Myles from the 1990s and Melissa Etheridge from the 90s and still today, performers who wear a lot of leather. Jackets, boots and jeans. Leather jeans are just like denim jeans. They are jeans and generally very tight jeans, just made from leather instead of denim.

The only thing with leather jeans, especially the skin-tight or skinny leathers, is that you have to be careful with them. You are more exposed and out in the open with them. Most people men and women wear their leather jeans either with a short top or shirt tucked in. Similar to how women wear skinny denims. For obvious reasons, but to show how their butts, legs and tushes looks in them. But a man is pretty vulnerable up front so to speak and if he put himself out in the open upfront and if gets excited sexually, as Jim Morrison did on national TV in his leather suit on Ed Sullivan, the whole world will know about it. But if you find the right pair that looks good on you and fits and don’t leave yourself overexposed, they will be a great way for you to highlight your body.

Designer jeans advice from Mary Portas

“Mary Portas takes Diana, the owner of fashion store 117, to find a high end designer jeans market for her shop. A great pair of jeans is the staple of any fashionable womans wardrobe.”

From Mary Queen of Shops

I found this photo on Flickr or Photobucket. It’s not directly related to the Mary Portas video, except for the designer jeans. It also adds the jeans in boots look that’s been with us for the last 5-6 years with so many sexy women in and out of America tucking their skin-tight or skinny jeans into their long boots. And the jeans over boots looks is still with us and very popular as well where women now are wearing their skinny jeans over their boots even to work not and when they out to dinner and dress up their denim that way.

Jeans in Boots

Source:The Daily Journal– jeans in boots, the classic women’s fashion look that hopefully never goes away. As well as tight jeans over boots which is another sexy, fashionable classic for American women.

This photo is also not directly related to Mary Portas’s video about designer jeans. But you do see a beautiful, sexy woman, with great curves, in her 21st Century designer denim jeans, that’s she’s wearing in her black, leather boots. Which is a look that came back in 2005-06 and has been around with us ever since. Designer jeans or skinny jeans aren’t designed for skinny girls or women, but for women with meat on their bones who like to show off their legs and butts. As you see with this woman on the left.

The jeans denim explosion especially since the late 1990s and which went even further in the last decade and has probably gotten even bigger in the first two years of this decade especially with skinny denim and leather jeans for women. And with skinny jeans for women that have been around since 2005 or 06 which as guy I gotta admit I think it’s great checking out sexy women who love their tight jeans. Especially checking out sexy female celebrity’s in their tight jeans. And now that even tight jeans have become such a versatile pant for women, no longer considered just a casual pant. It has completely changed how sexy women dress in and out of work.

With women now wearing skinny jeans to the office, not just on Casual Friday, as well as out on the weekend and at night. And wearing them in all-weather not just in the fall or winter. But during hot humid summers, like in the Mid-West, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast. Wearing tight jeans not just with t-shirts and tank tops, but with sweaters, blouses, suit jackets it’s become very important for women to make sure that when they are out in tight jeans or shopping for tight jeans, that they are wearing the tight jeans and buying the tight jeans that show off their bodies as best as possible.

That they don’t wear tight jeans that make them look fat, skinny or look like hookers. Like with the famous ass crack jeans of 2001-02. Where if a woman sat down or bended over, she was at risk of revealing her ass crack and perhaps seeing it on TV or the internet or both. Especially with the camcorder revolution and people being able to record video on their cell phones. Low-rise jeans, skinny jeans good. Ass crack jeans bad, women should find the balance that makes them look sexy in them. And shows off their figures but doesn’t make them look like prostitutes looking for a man to pay their bills.

Perhaps this video can help women find that right balance. Also for me anyway, not a fan of trouser jeans, they might be stylish for a women and make them feel like they can wear jeans to work and still look dressy or professional. But the office far as I’m concern might be the only good place for them. I’m not going to get the feeling to check out a woman, I don’t care how sexy she is physically, just because she’s wearing trouser jeans. I would get the same satisfaction checking out a woman wearing baggy sweatpants or slacks.

Denim to me on women anyway, like leather are meant to be tight. One reason why there are both denim jeans and leather jeans and a lot of women and men shopping for both denim and leather jeans that are the tightest possible without sucking the blood from their legs so they can no longer walk. Sort of like that Seinfeld episode (sorry I watched the show a lot) where Kramer was wearing designer jeans from like 1982 or something that were so tight that he literally couldn’t move his legs in them.

So low-rise and skinny jeans great, jeans with boots, whether they are under or over the jeans are great. The tight dark wash designer jeans explosion for women in the late 1970s, the greatest advancement in style for women I believe ever. As far as Sex Appeal goes but women should where the jeans that are best for their body and don’t buy jeans that are for another body. That just causes problems.

“Dedicated to all the military: Past, Present, and Future. A little tribute I created for Memorial Day, enjoy.”

From J.M. Studios

On this beautiful, hot and sunny Memorial Day, the official kickoff of summer in the nation’s capital, as we go to our cookouts, beaches, pool parties, pub crawls, and whatever else, let’s take a moment to remember why this is all possible.

Before we begin our celebrations, let’s remember our brave American warriors stationed in Europe, Afghanistan, Iraq, Japan, Korea and everywhere else around the World who won’t get to spend this time with their spouses, kids, parents, nephews, nieces, and friends because they’re serving our country so that their fellow Americans can. As we’re celebrating, let’s take some time to honor them and their families, who will spend this Memorial Day without each other.

Let’s also remember our brave fallen warriors from Desert Storm, Desert Shield, Afghanistan, the Civil War, World Wars I, and II, Korea, Vietnam, and all the other wars they’ve fought to keep America safe so that we can celebrate Memorial Day today.

Let’s also remember the sacrifices of our brave warriors who were wounded and who will never fully recover from their injuries. Let’s not feel that it’s too big of a sacrifice for us to make sure that they receive the health care that they will need for the rest of their lives because of what they sacrificed for America. So as we go to our cookouts, beaches, pool parties, pub crawls and whatever, else let’s take time out to remember who has kept it all possible.

America is a great country because of all of our values, freedoms and choices that we have the freedom to m make when it comes to our own lives. But we didn’t obtain our freedom and greatness by accident. We’ve literally fought for it as a country. Well, our warriors have so the rest of us can have the freedom that they’ve fought for.

And because of their sacrifices as well as their families sacrifices we have the ability and freedom to go to cookouts, ballgames, the beach, parties, bars and everything else. Even as the families of our brave warriors have to go through the great holiday that is Memorial Day without their sons and daughters, spouses, fathers and mothers and some cases even children. And because of this it is never too late or too much to remember why we have the freedom to celebrate Memorial Day the way we do.
